The QA/QC is under the direct control of and reports directly to the Chief Executive of the company to ensure that it functions independently and without any constraints. The Chief Executive ensures that appropriate actions are taken on the reports of the QA/QC staff whenever and where ever required or warranted.

A well written QA/QC Manual has been published which elaborately lays down the manner and methods in which QA/QC measures are to be implemented and applied. The Company ensures that QA/QC personnel thoroughly familiarize themselves with the QA/QC manual, Codes and Standards and refresher courses inside and outside the Company are regularly arranged for them.

The assistance of the outside inspection agencies is also obtained to ensure that quality of the products is in accordance with the specifications and the approved designs.

In cases where InfraDev engages subcontractors, the QA/QC measures are enforced with the same rigidity and strictness with which these are enforced in InfraDev. Similarly, frequent use of independent inspectors from inspection companies is also resorted to for ensuring quality control during various stages of production at the subcontractor's production facilities.

At project sites, similar checks on quality are continuously carried out. The client's representatives are encouraged to check the quality of work being done to satisfy themselves of strict adherence to specifications, approved designs and applicable codes and standards.
